I'd buy out Greece and with the 5.9 trillion I have left I'd buy my way into North Korea and take over. Then I'd invite all the western countries to come in and build that place up. It's ripe for the pickings.

Give 99.9% of it to the government IF they could run a surplus budget while lowering taxes for five straight years.
That leaves me ridiculously wealthy and the country in better shape.
That is of course if its in USD.

Assuming most of it would go to "taxes" for one thing.
I'd throw a lot of money into education and healthcare here in Ontario. Lots.
