Yea you gotta edit your photos before you post em and remove all that crap. Some point and shoot cameras leave a nice metadata tag also.
Its gotta be really nice for the cops. look at a picture you posted to facebook and know right where your at.

This was the week 1 photo you posted a while back for comparison.
comparing the two you've made pretty awesome progress considering you've only been at it for like 2 months i think? if your lifting weights you might want to diversify more, it looks like your arms have pulled ahead of the rest of you muscle wise. grats on the progress though, keep it up

Yea what is the secret just mon, wend, friday weights and tues, thurs cardio with eating right?
Or are you doing that HTG diet thing combined?

I don't really have a set eating plan TBH. Just eat non-processed foods, no carbs on my last meal, lots of protein and veggies. In the gym 7 days a week. Workout is 2 blocks of weights and 1 of just cardio and on my light weights day I do cardio also.
