It has to do with the fact ACF4 hasn't turned into a VN bashing site yet, I was told if that happens then we won't be able to mention/link(although I guess we can't link to it now) anymore.

never could link to it. not because its anti-vn but because of the content posted there. its the same as 4chan for example. we don't allow direct links there but we don't go as far as to not allow discussion of the 4chan board. its because of the posted content. some of the other older alternate acf boards were not even allowed to be discussed here since they were labeled as anti-vn/ign boards which meant no discussion here at all.
so at the moment we haven't gone as far as to not allow mention of the board, that relies on your ability to keep it from becoming a VN bashing site like the previous incarnation of the board. links there will never be allowed though based on the content found there (sharpies  )
