Jesus, it sounds like Amsterdam. But you have to get a doctor to agree that you have HIV? Or what? How to access them? Also, how do vaporizers work, and where to get? At the dispenser?

Yes, apparently you do need the "red card" medical card, but they never mentioned your disease. But damn, that small city has the highest population of severe glaucoma patients in the world. 
They gave one stat that said sales or use went up 4500% after dispensaries were allowed. 4500%? You never hear those kind of numbers unless talking about CEO / Congressmen raises.

CA has medicinal marijuana laws too - and it is easy(if you're into that stuff) to get a card. Some dispensaries have been closed by the feds, or by cities being buttholes recently...but it's a fairly green friendly state, as they've really decriminalized it.

You can order vaporizers off the internet...amazon has them. They're a flameless heating source...so instead of burning the herb with a flame they just move a steady stream of hot air over the herbs.
Imo vaporizers are not worth it unless you buy a good one for like $200 +

Yeah, pretty much...I have one I bought for $40 and there's no reason to use it over my spoon, it gets you less high

Yeah...I hear good things about the volcanos, never tried it myself...
another thing with the vaporizers is the hassle of using the bags/whips...it really makes me feel like a freakin crackhead messing with all that stuff, its just a totally different feeling blazing up a joint or smoking out of a bowl vs sucking on a whip or using a bag...
