Jeremy Lin is averaging 7.2 turnovers per 48 minutes played.
Derrick Rose is averaging 4.0, up from 3.6 last season and 3.2 the season before.
So Jeremy Lin is turning the ball over more than any other player in the league, except for 4 (he is tied for 4th for TOP48).

In this condensed season I would put even less stock into what stats indicate though. It's just too crazy this year, guys are in and out of line ups, playing erratic minutes, playing back to back to backs, taking 9 game road trips...No practices, short training camps...
