I consider it a personal attack because its directed at my child and no one else's. This is not a general/broad statement.

his statement had a quote from Fozzie in it about how fast pitch is rough on a kids shoulder.

R_C was just saying that fast pitch is a good way to strengthen shoulder muscles for hand jobs.

He never specifically mentioned your daughter
