If poison means I pass out and die in my sleep, then poison.
I can't think of anything that might make me choose "eaten by wild animal", other than the animal poisons me and I die while passed out.

I'm already essentially slowly poisoning myself with all of the boozing, eating and carcinogens in the environment
so would I rather die by animals on land or water? I'd take land any day

Not very clear.
Define slow. Low dose arsenic could simply cause poor health and eventually kill you after any number of side effects lasting for months. On the other hand a larger dose could kill you in 10-15 minutes which could be considered slow compared to a lion biting your neck out in a few seconds.
Define wild animal. A large crocodile or lion would probably make quick work of it. On the other hand, a wild rat could slowly eat its way through you.
So. Not knowing how slow of a poison or the type of wild animal makes a definitive choice difficult.
Of the scenarios presented I'd probably take wild animal, e.g. lion. At least I could go out fighting (unless there is some other unknown like being tied up) and just maybe I would have a chance and allows me to go out as a warrior. Being poisoned is pretty defenseless and underhanded with no chance at all.

This never made any sense to me. Even if the Sarlacc would supply nutrients to its food to keep it alive while entombed and digested (why would it do that? wouldn't that waste more energy than is supplied by the food?), that wouldn't guarantee you would remain conscious. If you did somehow stay awake/conscious, your mind would surely break, moving through insanity, then to a mental vegetable. At that time you wouldn't really be suffering any more.

You get to pick the poison and how long it takes... just know that the pain will be equal to that of whatever animal you would have otherwise chosen to eat you. You would also choose the method in which the animal eats you.
So essentially you also get to decide how painful and torturous the death is as well. Also, you WILL die, no matter what scenario you choose, the outcome is death.

Poison, if death was 100% guaranteed, I could just hang myself.
Assuming hanging is out of the question, still poison. The gradual onset of pain sucks, but I wouldn't want my last moments to be getting eaten by a lion. I'd rather have pain and be able to choose what I am doing with my last moments than having a few moments of sheer terror
EDIT: Not to mention that most migraines give off far more pain before they are done than getting your jugular punctured would. Sure, it would hurt really bad for 15 seconds max, but a migraine hurts pretty bad for a day. So if the total pain of the poison was comparable to the total pain of getting bled out by a lion, and the poison lasted for say, 5 hours. It would just be 5 hours of discomfort
