Question for those ACF'ers who have lost a lot of weight?

I lost 80 lbs this past year, I bought new clothes when the jeans waist would fold over themselves when tightening my belt, i knew they were way too big, i went from a size 40 to a size 34, i really want to get down to a size 30, 32 at the most.
I made a complete lifestyle change as well.
I will never ever ever be fat again.
I'm at 178 right now, and i'm still considered overweight for my height and age.
But i feel good, look pretty decent (i think) and that is all that matters to me.

Thanks, i havent lost much so far, at least not in the grand scheme of things, but i've been shocked at how quickly you see changes in your body!

I'm almost 70lbs lighter today than I was 8 years ago. I still haven't bought new clothes.

i lost 55 lbs in just over a month a few years ago.
i didn't replace any clothes as i gained it all right back once i got better.

Really? Care to find the EXACT quote where i said that? I dont think soda is healthy (even diet isnt good for you) but i still like it. And yeah, i have a couple a day so i can say to myself i've had soda, so my brain doesnt go all "OMG YOU'RE DEPRIVING ME OF SOMETHING I LIKE!". Either you cant read, or now you're just making stuff up.
