Game of Thrones is actually awesome! |
I finally got around to watching it last night and blew through 4 hours of it before I finished at about 12:30 and decided to go to bed.
I am not sure, but this *might* beat out Band of Brothers for me as my favorite series ever. Will have to see when I finish it today or tomorrow.
I am impressed with everything so far:
-Actors are excellent cast
-Story is very good (I've never read the books but my brother has them).
-Production quality is excellent and things all look real (costumes, weapons, tits and ass, etc).

Heh, I'm watching Band of Brothers right now, probably my fourth or fifth time watching it from start to finish, I've never been able to do that with any other series.
Watched all of Game of Thrones but I have no desire to re-watch it. Liked the series, but it had little lasting appeal. Glad you enjoy it though!

I'm going to have to come up with a way to watch this series. It's difficult because I don't have HBO (or cable TV, for that matter).

I can watch Band of Brothers once a year no problem, so obviously I finish this and I can't re-watch it, Band of Brothers will stay as supreme king of TV Shows!

after watching season one...bought the series on kindle, and almost done with book 4. its a ridiculous read, and cant wait to see how they put the rest of the books on the screen!
