i think 15 was the highest when i was living in la in the house we had a pool in. i miss that pool so much. it had 2 waterfalls.

Are you sure you even need it?
My daughter's doc said that nearly everyone in the PNW is deficient if they aren't taking some kind of supplement.
My wife and I have the tri-fecta going against us: we live in Portland, OR (f***ing cloudy 300 days a year!), we do shift work, and that shift work is from 7:00pm-7:30am, so we are sleeping during the day.
Top it all off, and one of the "side effects" of vitamin D deficiency is depression.

I also need to find one that dosnt turn my pee green or make it stink.
I took a opti-men and was reminded why I quit taking them.

I dont think alot of the things in a opti-men are even vitamins.
It stinks worse then after eating asparagus.

I take a Vitamin D3 supplement from Nature's Bounty. Might also suggest finding a Vitamin A supplement.
Also in Portland, OR. Tend to work later hours, not that it would matter as the sun is never out here.
