No, but my cell phone is provisioned by my employer and has enterprise email, and a chat client on it along with a couple apps I can use while on call and away from my PC. I always have my phone with me to check work email or attend conference calls while I'm not at my desk at work.
I don't text and I don't like talking on the phone so I don't normally call people on it unless it is work related.

No, not a big fan of smart phones though in my profession I require one. I have it and I can do everything I need with it (email, remote into servers, sniff wifi, etc) but it is just a tool to me, nothing else.
