It's supposed to be good for making you use your core muscles while you're just sitting. I'd use it for watching TV osmethne.

I reserve my opinion on the Yoga Ball until they make one that supports 400-500lbs.
Admittedly I'd ride it for the fun of it moreso than the exercise

have you not seen his massive girth before?
i like watching people who don't have any balance try to use them at the gym. i see people who can't master sitting on them try to do the laying down on them stuff. it makes walking on the treadmill interesting.

I prefer some backup  I'm (thankfully) not that heavy... but I'm also not one that wants to be pushing the limits.
