I just made a better version of the McDonald's Mushroom swiss burger on my grill.
|
Pressed down 2 patties to 1/8th pound each.. Seasoned them with salt, pepper, 3 drops of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of garlic and onion powder.
cooked em on the grill perfectly to medium, Sautted up some mushrooms with fresh garlic. Fresh cut tomato and lettuce. Threw some red onions on the grill. Melted 2 pieces of swiss cheese on it (one per patty) Assembled everything (no mayo) Took a bite and I'm in heaven.
Have a Dill pickle and baked apples as my sides.

hmmm after thinking about it tho, i think i would leave off the lettuce and tomato
salad maybe, but not on the hot burger itself
