How often are you still awake at 2 AM Monday morning?

Generally I will play cards on Friday nights. I get home around 2 AM. Depending on how much I drink, I may be up any time from 8-11:30 Saturday. That may be jacking up my sleep patterns. It didn't used to bother me.

im up NOW if that means anything..
but ima try and go back to sleep..im semi retired so it really dont matter WHAT time i wake up.....wake up...like give up and get OUT of bed...

Haven't slept at night in years, except on very rare occasions. I often go 2 or 3 days with no sleep at all, depression and/or stress will do that to you, as will some medical problems.
