Do you think pants should cover underwear?

My underwear show above my pants because I am fat, and there is no way around it without wearing elastic-wait pants. The underwear sit higher than I can make my pants sit. And if I moved the underwear down... well, you wouldn't want that.

Yes. I yell at people all the time to pull up their pants. You look like an imbecile when your pants sag in that fashion.
