Most series finales leave me frustrated as they don't tie off loose ends well enough.
Maybe "Defying Gravity" although it wasn't really the finale...it just got cancelled after that episode.
Probably the show that gets me the most is "How I Met Your Mother"...been a few really powerful episodes. Like the episode where Marshall's dad dies out of the blue...that was pretty intense
Lost had some powerful/moving moments as well.

I think probably Sopranos. Because I loved that show and it ended, which sucks.
