Almost got a ride around the Toronto Molson Indy street course in a Diablo. Door was open and I was getting in then the guy managing the line (just me, there was nobody left to take a lap in the pace cars) realized I wasn't a VIP, just a gold ticket holder so he said I couldn't go.
The guy drove it around with no passenger. I almost cried.

What an ass!
Friend of mine has a Gallardo. Rode with him in it to lunch one day. Was fun as hell on the trip from his place out in the middle of no where...till we hit town. Wasn't fun at all after that.
He also has an Enzo. Actually let me drive it once. For about 3 minutes.  He drives it like once a year and the rest of the time it's sitting in his garage.

when i work for nissan we had an 09 one of those come through for a brake job 10 grand later the kid (he was 23) traded in on the 2010

Yes, I have driven one. It's not an ideal vehicle for daily use; but if I had one, I would use it.
That being said, I would far prefer a Porsche 911 variant. Much better daily driver than a Lambo would be.

I have a Caterham that sits in my garage 300 days of the year, on lovely sunny days I take it out and grin from ear to ear, take it out to the track a dozen times a year. All the fun of a supercar for 40k.
