ok, enough is enough
There is an entity in the house that I've come to call the Shadow Man, he's lurking downstairs (annoyingly where my meds are so I can't even take something to make me sleep) and I'm terrified he's going to come up here. I'm so freaking scared I actually feel sick.

According to an Outer Limits I saw long ago, if he's the Shadow Man that actually lives under your bed, then you are safe. Maybe you can check.
He's only trouble if he's a different Shadow Man that lives under someone else's bed.
