Baby Liam was born at 644AM EST this morning. 8lbs, 11oz - 4 hours of active pushing due to baby getting stuck on mom's pelvis. Oh well, he's definitely worth it!

Yeah..he came out sunny side up. we eventually decided on a vacuum. :s
I had the same exactly thing the first time around, only no epidural. and I pushed for 2:45, at least 2h of before they decided to use the suction cup.

That goes away after like a month or something, i don't really remember.
River had a shortish umbilical cord and was stuck. I actively pushed for 2 hrs before the doc said it was time for the vacuum. Babies are cone heads anyway.
