most of them are just flavoring, the Energy version is new, I assume to compete with the Crystal Light Energy packets.
I love MIO, I keep one in my purse all the time.

Ah. I've considered trying the flavoring one. I don't like any of the flavored waters or crystal light because they all taste diety or way too sugary, so I like the idea that you can just add what you want. I thought it would probably have an aspertamey taste though.
