I have the flu kind of aches, but no fever. Had a bit of trouble sleeping last night, kept waking up to dreams that made no sense at all. Am I dehydrated, or is this something way worse?

Are you sure that's what it is? Oh yeah and a slight headache since yesterday too. Advil totally kills the headache though. Does that change diagnosis?

on a serious note...
there is something going around in this area that sounds like what you are having symptoms of
also, it seems like if you have had a flu shot, it only lasts a couple of days
if you didn't have a flu shot, it is lingering for a couple of weeks
