looks pretty cool, but i know nothing about them. the mpg doesn't seem great though

Kia Sorento is a better vehicle with more standard options, better gas mileage, no pain in the ass CVT, and a usable 3rd row seat. And it costs less.
Of course....it's a Kia, so that might not be a good thing. I personally like them, but many people hate em.

Imagine pushing down on the gas in order to speed up. Vrrrooom!
Now imagine pushing down on the gas in order to speed up in a vehicle with CVT. /wait 3 or 4 seconds (with LOTS of engine noise). Putt putt putt...../might be going a little faster.
