I dont do it to blog. If someone has the flu and posts about it here, nobody mocks them for having the flu. I dont see mental illness as any different from physical illness, therefore i talk about it as if it were a physical illness. Maybe sometimes too much, mostly because i want people to see that it is acceptable to talk about mental illness, that the sufferers dont need to hide away. It shouldnt be viewed as shameful, which is why im so mouthy about it.
