How would you feel if this was a thread mocking people with cancer or autoimmune disorders? Like really mocking them, making jokes about the illness etc. Would it be so funny to you then?
I wonder why it is we dont joke about serious physical illness, and yet mental illness (which is just as serious) is fair game?

i think you may be assuming there. jezza has joked about lupus plenty of times and cao's laughed at jokes about her leg and reapist has made cracks about his stroke, etc. all physical stuff.
everyone jokes about things like this, you either have to laugh at stuff like this or let it depress you. wise people choose to laugh at it rather than let it get them down.
