Female state legislators around the country are sponsoring bills requiring men seeking Viagra to watch mandatory graphic videos detailing the possible horrific penile side effects, while others require lengthy counseling sessions, and even mandate stress tests and rectal exams. Other laws limit vasectomies except for in life saving conditions as they are a form of birth control.
