First trimester RX abortions should be $20 copay
I'm ok with abortions up until there is a heartbeat, and farther if medically necessary up to 25 weeks, where the baby should be delivered only if necessary.

I would go farther and say that in select cases, you should even be able to euthanize a newborn in the first week of life (I'm talking serious medical conditions that are incompatible with life or that would require lifelong institutionalization).
