a four egg, two yolk omelet with spinach and pepper jack cheese.
Made into finger food by making tiny egg tacos out of them with hot sauce and teeny corn tortillas.

I ate 1.5 peanut butter sammiches and some mini eggs with 2 glasses of milk. Now going to have a protein bar and some energy/trail bar things from the health food store. I will wash it down with some V8 Fusion.
