The ON 100% Whey is what I used to use. I was going to default back to it but figured I'd ask around. Found this on amazon:

Any comments on 100% Whey vs Pro Complex?

The Whey is just whey, it has the BCAAs that the complex has, the complex has vitamins and minerals which you should get from eating food. Preferably you would get your protein from food too, but it makes a good pre-workout supply of BCAAs.

I doubt you'll see a difference between those two. I suggest flipping a coin

If you're getting your semen in powder form, you're doing it wrong.
