I've seen nothing but meh-ok reviews so far, and the box office returns shows that if it was a good/great movie...it should be doing much better.
I'll redbox this one.

I am not sure you could ever capture the style as to how those book were written, with that in mind we may never see another adaptation of any of Burroughs sci fi books in the future.

The reviews might be telling but in this day and age I think a lot of people are more likely to stay at home to watch movies on their giant TV's with surround sound and home comfort for less money. It must be affecting ticket sales by now. I know I am WAY more picky about what I go out to watch... usually 1 movie every 2-3 years or so.
I'm thinking eventually the theaters will go the same way as the drive-ins.

I go to those type of movies and pay the extra to watch them in 3D, but even the 3D effects were not up to par.
Bad choice in main actor too.
