I'd say "Sure, but you'll have to wait for me to create one first."
I could just conveniently leave out the fact that I already have one. I'm just saying I'd have to create one specially for them. It's not a lie that way!

I'd be offended if they asked, to be honest.
This.
I'd say, "I'm sorry, but that's not going to happen. Thank you for the interview." and get up and leave.

I'd take that as a red flag and walk out of the interview.
If they don't want people going to that site during business hours, they can easily block it. They have no business other than that.

Not that you or I care but isn't that a technical violation of the FB TOS?

the job offer is probably a scam to begin with, at that point walk out after saying, thanks for the interview, we are done here. then proceed to get identity theft insurance.

I don't have a Facebook account, but I'd be tempted to offer them the credentials to my old Myspace account to see how they react.

Yep. It's also a federal crime for them to log into your acct but the DOJ won't prosecute it. From the article:
"The Department of Justice regards it as a federal crime to enter a social networking site in violation of the terms of service, but during recent congressional testimony, the agency said such violations would not be prosecuted."

Inform them politely that they're in violation of law, thank them for the interview and leave.
