I watched it into the first few episodes on season 2. I didn't like that it would go some weeks and not be one and I hated the writing. It finally occurred to me that the writers really didn't know where they were going with the show.
Season 2 was nuts. I hated the scheduling too, but the story was awesome.

can't watch a show where an obese guy gets even fatter while stuck on a deserted island, what did he do, eat the people that disappeared?

I've watched season 2 and like it, some day I'll finish them.
Until then, I will no longer open this thread, because I believe somebody will spoil it sometime. I even barely skimmed the replies.

...although after a 2nd watch through of the last 2 seasons...it was an interesting way to end it and made the seasons less confusing.
At least it was 'tied off'. I'll take any tied off ending vs. an awesome cliffhanger ending...
I would rather it have been cancelled in the middle of the last season with no ending than have to have watched that crap ending.
