I would say women just because its easier to a women to hook up if they want it.

All women cheat eventually.
All men wish they could cheat eventually.
The difference in actual outcome isn't due to moral superiority, it's due to opportunity. Women can ALWAYS cheat, even the fugliest woman on earth can get laid in about 3 minutes if they want. Not true for men...unless you count boinking hookers and cheating, and that's just silly.
