theres about 30 different rule changes being proposed, most wont get in. quit whining till the final results come out.

i like it...but seeing how Sith just doesn't get it at all, i supposed that's why he focuses on the Patriots.
though i do see it helping Manning more than any other team, especially the patriots...Manning get's the 12 man flags more than anyone that sneaky bastard!!!

with that Offense the Broncos have they are going to NEED him to catch D's with the 12 man flag more than he already does.

and Sith, why not point out the OMG Packer rule???

The new proposal would immediately stop the play and make it a 5-yard infraction.

Its only a play if the ball is snapped, so therefore they would rule the play dead if either team has 12 members on the feild when the ball is snapped. This way the clock stops immediately instead of the play being ran and eating up the clock.

Sorta like Encroachment causes the play to never begin but offsides allows the play to continue.

pretty good description there, which most everyone would understand...bet Sith still doesn't get it though.
