Regularly: in my car, on my nightstand or whenever I need it. I'm on my phone a lot for work.

I plug it in every night, Galaxy Nexus. It's awesome, but burns battery.

Depends on how many conference calls I take on my cell but on a non-busy week, I'll charge it every couple of days. I do a lot of emailing from my phone for business as well. If I have a lot of conference calls, every day, sometimes twice a day.

Similarly to other people above I use my cell as an alarm clock but try to charge it every 3 or so days instead of daily.

This, plus i run my ambient noise generator on my phone which would drain the battery if it werent plugged in.
