As long as all the plumbing got converted I am not sure if I would have a problem with that. "She" looks decent and from her pageant results she's damn good at being a girl so I dunno. On one hand a chick that was a dude probably has more insight into taking care of a guy but on the other you have the obvious weirdness factor.

I don't know if medical science has managed to replicate the self-lubricating and muscular qualities of an au naturale vajayjay. And I damn well prefer a moist, pulsating tube over an artificially wet, smooth one.
