This thread begs the question: do the "women" of ACF use a funnel to get that much sand in their vagina or do they just slide around the beach like an angry Roomba? -deadcactus-

Whatever you do, don't chill the beer while it's fermenting and then store it in a closet somewhere. That'll eff it up too and make it sour. We had a lot of idiots call and bitch their beer was bad months later when they were just storing it wrong. They came back and brewed another 12 gallons

I didn't work at a brewery, so I know nothing.

Official Property of Caoilin. (I don't know how this happened, but it did).

I clearly need everyone's attention at all times. Give it to me.

Oh i'll make sure to, fermenting in the fermenting tub right? I don't think I could fit that in my fridge even if I wanted to, hehe.

Could for sure. I just looked that up, didn't know about that. Can do that with a fermenting tub and then into a bottling tub? I have a fermenter, a bottler tub and a plastic carboy coming

6.5 Gallon Ale Pail Primary Fermenter with Drilled and Grommeted Lid
6.5 Gallon Ale Pail Bottling Bucket with Bottling Spigot
5 Gallon Better Bottle Carboy

I don't know, lots of forums say it doesn't make a difference, while some many have also suggested plastic over glass

It is personal preference between glass and plastic (pail or better bottle). There are differences but nothing that will affect your brew as long as you treat them properly. I use glass but if I need more containers I'll be getting plastic. I love my glass but it is much heavier and an accident can land you in the hospital getting emergency surgery or at the very least stitches.

That's a good reason to stay away for sure part of the reason why I went plastic was because it was cheaper in cost and in shipping (yay) but also because one of the forums one guy was talking about how his broke when he was moving it and needed to get stitches pretty much all over his feet
