I am from Alaska... we did not have wars with white people... they thought it was a frozen waste land and did not want our land. We did not even have contact with the U.S. until 1885... my great-grandma is still alive and she was born in 1916... it is not the past.
All of that is indeed in the past.

So not only do you hate white people, but you think you're better than other Natives too?
No I am saying that other Natives have a reason to be pissed... I just do not have any reason to hate anyone.
If my ancestors were rounded up and imprisoned on a reservation... denied the ability to practice their religion... denied the ability to speak their language... sexually assaulted by priests... forced to survive off of rations... etc. etc. All in violation of the Constitution of the United States I would probably be pissed to.
It just did not happen in Alaska... we dealt with the U.S. after they became a little more civilized.

Because you guys gave me a race card from the U.S. government that has my blood quantum on it... I really do not understand why you guys give me a race card and then cry when I pull it out.
I think race is stupid and does not exist... we are all humans. I am waiting for the day that our society stops playing around with skin color/blood crap and finally starts following the law. Stop being schizophrenia and applying a different set of laws to Native people... we are sovereign Nations and have our god-given right to determine our own future just like anyone else.
