I have the same meal for breakfast almost every day: granola, yogurt, flaxmeal, and dried fruit.

I eat the dead and absorb their power. Usually fish and chicken.

Probably pasta.

Even just butter, salt, and Parmesan is fine. I always polish off the leftovers after the SO has finished the sauce and there are only noodles left.

The only thing I really consume on an everyday basis is coffee though.
