Some kid really embarrased me yesterday.

So yesterday afternoon my wife and I left the house. We live close to the events center. Apparently something was just letting out. there were throngs of high school aged kids everywhere in groups up to maybe 30 kids. One kid saw my car and was yelling, waving, and videoing my car as I drove past. I told my wife, "He must be from the country."

It's like when I used to win trophies in the 90s. I hated going up to collect the trophies and let me kids go get them as much as they would let me send them. The kids loved it too.

I tend to agree with you. His reaction was completely uncalled for. Now when I first go the car it was pretty cool to have someone in the car next to you give a thumbs up or take a picture. Not in a crowd is OK. But to do it downtown with about 5k people around is too much.
