If you were to go on a picnic? What would be your favorite kind of foods to eat on said picnic? Grilled and ungrilled!

As long as there's kosher dill pickle spears, i'll choke down what ever anyone brings.

So far I've got Fried Chicken and Potato salad! I gotta have more than that in a picnic basket for 2!

Chips. Maybe a nice rize with orzo pasta combo as a side dish. Sparkling lemonade.

Fruit, summer sausage, cheese and crackers with a nice bottle of wine and a baguette (the bread, not the gem).

Fruit is always always a great option. Grapes, strawberries, apples, peaches, that kind of thing. Veggies too! Also think of drinks. Sodas/juice/etc. Potato chips or other finger-snacky tasty things. I also looooove devilled eggs and/or egg salad, but it'll need to be chilled. I would recommend no matter what you bring, keep it all chilled in a cooler and stuff it in the basket at the last possible minute!
Seriously apart from raw meats and super-spoilable foods (I wouldn't bring milk, for instance, but cheese is good!), the possibilities are endless!
