Tiger has no Cause. They aren't releasing tapes OF him, but re-enactments and observations. Second, libel is quite a lot harder to demonstrate as celebrities go, as there is a significantly more difficult test to meet for public figures (hence why Swiftboaters for Truth and other 529's that make up and widely distribute blatant lies never lose).
Feel sorry for him? Part of what got these women in to bed was his prestige, money, and celebrity... which he still has. Nope. He's fair game.
