Its April 2nd and the lawn looks like it needs to be mowed

My daughter mowed the lawn on Saturday. The lawn was getting to be a bit too wooly, especially compared to the neighbors. I've never before lived in a place where practically every lawn in town looks like a golfing green.
That being said, it feels waaaaay too early to be needing to mow the lawn, but...such is life in this cold cruel city.

Mr Pants really isnt a manual labor type of dog... Most likely the same 20 yard strip would get mowed
