1. be born with no diseases and develop no diseases later in life
2. know the correct answer to every question (which is basically omniscience)
3. i want a perfectly fit body for no effort

If the genie is anything like the ones portrayed in jokes, he might be a total ass and try to twist your wishes into some unintended consequence that still meets the literal terms of your request.
Therefore, I'd use my first wish to summon a genie lawyer whose job it is to help me draft the final two wishes. Then I'd make one selfish wish (something that will ensure happiness for my family for a long time), and one altruistic wish to help the world in general.
...Of course, I'd have to make sure I knew how to phrase the first wish properly so my lawyer-genie also isn't an ass.
