I'd go with a leg. I could deal with a prosthetic leg, I think, but I couldn't deal with losing an arm... it would just be too difficult to manipulate objects.
What about you, ACF (except Cao)?

leg
the hands have to many joints and bones to try and replicate the movements to be affordable.
fighting two wars has done wonders for the development of prosthetics.
