I ate at a Vietmanes place for the first ime in my life today.

It was wonderful. Nothing like Japanese food. More like Thai. Sort of similar to Chinese. I don't know what my dish was called but it was V20 based on the pictures. Noodles, salad stuff, sprouts, chicken and egg roll. Of course I spiced it up a lot. I was was blowing smoke by the time I finished. I will be back.

Vietnamese food is good stuff. I especially love spring rolls. But everything I've ever had has been pretty awesome.
