Oh, I see both sides of it, but YOU are the one who think it's a waste of time (even though it's already done). You are the one who started in on about how anyone who would use such a thing is screwed up ... and I simply pointed out they are no more screwed up than the people that plot, plan, and coordinate their attacks on people for their own personal kicks.

Problem is, while I have admitted seeing your side, you ... most likely because many of your so-called friends on this board (and ACF4) are EXACTLY the kind of people I am talking about ... and you dare not admit it publicly.

Need it or not, like it or not, that is the reality of the world, and people are sick and tired of having mindless packs of wolves attacking them for their own personal jollies. Companies who make millions or billions of dollars realize this, and are catering to the people who don't want to put up with "Wolf Packs" and have integrated simple technology to give people choices to deal with it in a very effective manner ... and in all honesty, it scares the living shit out of people who think it is "ok" to shamelessly attack people for jollies ... because are more and more people use the technology, people who attack others for kicks, get shut out and THEY become more and more irrelevant on the Internet ... and that scares them, because at the end of the day, when they have no real friends other than those in their own pack, then know that they might very well be the next target when the pack gets bored and looks for their next set of "kicks".

But thankfully, my ignore list is already loaded up on IGN, and I won't have to deal with these children any more.

I can enjoy IGN and not have to annoy Moderators or leave, just because of some immature twit trying to get their kicks at the expense of others.

Did you really just admit that you are completely incapable of ignoring someone without having them virtually removed from your presence? I always thought that the block feature was for kids and teenagers who had no self control.

Completely? No.

When it is a concentrated and coordinated effort that has been, time and time again planed and orchestrated on another board? It's kind of hard to ignore it.

Just consider yourself blessed that you have not had to experience this first hand.

IMO, and ignore list is just like a lock on your door. It isn't because everyone out there is dishonest, and using it doesn't mean that you are afraid of being robbed, it just means that you realize that the world isn't perfect and there are people out there who do mean you ill and it is for those people that they exist and they are used.

I guess what I don't understand is letting anything that happens here (or another forum, I'm guessing you're referring to the ACF incarnations) bother you enough that you are *that* upset about it.

Heres a bit of advice I'm sure you'll not pay any attention to. People poke fun at you because you throw temper tantrums like a 3 year old. When someone calls you a poopie head and you throw a fit you are just feeding into your own misery. You are just making yourself look like an ass at that point.

I get made fun of plenty around here, people razz me about the kid, the dogs, Tessa, whatever. I just laugh at them and move on, its not like any of that crap matters, its the internet for dogs sake. Go outside, take a deep breath and quit letting random nobodies affect you so much.
