Seriously? Proprietary? Cause what...the Russian mob is going to sell the mod notes format for $$? 
You know what's even more funny, in the code that monitors them, the Moderator viewing them is actually tracked and stored so Management can see who is doing what on the backend database .... or so I've been told.
