Almightybob!
I'd like to know if I can build a road to your place. Most of it will be under water until I surface with a long nice staircase to your westerly building line, use your place to run over and then continue with a road to Mithan.
I've been looking around and the landscape/cave system near Ravor is just too much to build discretely without undermining his possible space.

Depending on how deep you are going when you are underwater you may want to cut over to my place. I am opening everything up underneath it and will be doing some artsy type stuff in the space I create.

It would need to be deeper than that. I will run a spur so keep going the way you planned. Looks like I have a spur stopped just outside my area already though so I will probably cut into that and loop it around then reconnect to the main run.
Actually good timing on the mention though as I am still at the early stages. Easier to build the walkway when everything isn't dug out yet.

I was wanting to build a road from my place to spawn but I haven't seen Nubak online and it would clip the edge of his place. We were talking about doing one together but nothing happened with it. =(
That's ok though. I haven't even finished my entry yet. Right now it's just a bunch of cacti and a small drawbridge.
