Now it's up to 1.6.3
I still haven't updated. Waiting for less, "Oh gods it's laggy and my server is running at 100%" reports. Trapdoors do sound cool though.

Starting the next reorganization.
28 chests, 24 are full of cobbles. If needed, the room will grow to accommodate more cobble chests. On the right is a pyramid (for now) which will be labeled with signs somehow and organized. The room can grow in the other direction for another pyramid as needed.
I'm stripping the old chests from world 1 as I empty them, tired of farting around checking for cobbles in them. 
Here's my storage project in it's current state. Eventually there will be ladders between each column and additional rows to fill the empty space. Also have a room of the same size setup to take chests right below this one.

I have three pyramids in there now. (15 chests per.) Every single one is in use. Most are full. I could migrate them to stacks and gain 8 more chest in each pyramid but I like the look. They're all marked with signs.
I still haven't moved the netherrack boxes in and I have another box of pork on world 1 as well as a couple chests left in the very first mine which probably have stuff in them.
Still in my tower are the iron/gold/diamond boxes as well as a few random boxes and another near full of cooked pork. (I never use it, always end up killing pigs where I am or eating apples. instead.)
There's a dozen chests at my nether base too. A bunch are full of cobble there. Grand project someday?

So much stuff. I have the mezzanine, which was huge to begin with, and now the area in sanctuary on the new world. The upside is I have been using it up pretty quick building on the lilypad. Oh and I love what you are doing with your quarter Sneezy!
I'll wait until we get more information and updated plugins before changing the server over. Looking forward to it though as it looks like a big one.

I haven't even checked the Bukkit stuff yet. Far too early for them to be updated yet.
I have to put something in those levels. The next one will be covered in grass. I got lots of dirt today by chopping down a couple hills near my tower.
Edit: It's 4 pyramids now. 88 large chests. Once I move the netherrack in I'll still have empty chests now.

Oh and for giggles I picked up Terraria off steam to mess with while my servers updated. It is pretty damn fun... more exploration based than Minecraft but still the simple, casual, style. I was like wow this is kind of basic... simple crafting, simple exploring, doesn't seem to be much to it then after digging down for what seemed like forever I checked the wiki and realized I hadn't even scratched the surface, lol.

Played around with powered rails last night. I love them. Beats the Hell out of coal power or any booster design I've tried. Great for building a rail system from bedrock to sea level (cap). For every 4 powered rails it'll power a cart up a 1/1 slope for 6 blocks at full speed. At the end of every 6 block rise put another run of 4 power tracks. Makes for a full speed run from bottom to top.

Yeah I overdid it with boosters, specially now if he increased them, but they are awesome. No more messing with anything just put them in, power them and rock on.
