Most active Alliance server and/or BG?

For S&G Im looking to roll Alliance when Cata comes out for an alt. Im looking at http://www.warcraftrealms.com/realmstats.php?sort=AlliancePopulation at server pops and see a few that I might consider. Is this still a good website to look up server pops or is there something more current?
Any suggestions on Alliance servers beyond just population would be helpful too.

I've been thinking about doing the exact same thing. Zul'Jin looks to be the most balanced/active server in the nearest database for my time zone (EST), but it's PvE and that bothers me

Icecrown is a very active Alliance server.
Been here since it opened and I like it.Â
Of course, being that I am so awesome, if I ever left, the place I went would become awesome and Icecrown would suck.

On a serious note, how exactly are the Alliance active? PvP/E? Both? How about the community...on a diversity level?

There is just a lot of guilds doing "stuff", plus a fairly decent horde population to keep things relatively balanced.
